A restaurant where Chris Norton and his friends hang out to meet hot babes. In the morning, it is a place to get Bloody Marys, and they have a wonderful "Messican Scramble," and a "Cajun Scramble." It is located near the Hermosa beach bike path, so they can watch women while enjoying "brefkist." Due to his lisp, Chris pronounces it as "Russy Pelican."
